Roots-noir artist Lindi Ortega, a two-time Canadian Country Music Award-winning singer-songwriter, has captivated audiences with her signature vibrato, magnetic stage presence, and hauntingly soulful voice.

Renowned for her ability to blend the ethereal with the evocative, Ortega’s artistry transcends genre labels, weaving stories that linger long after the last note fades. Her latest album, From the Ether, is an eerie sonic tapestry of lilting melodies, poetic lyricism, and organic percussive textures.

Fans have also recently been treated to her 2024 collaborations with rising prodigy Jack Barksdale, offering spellbinding renditions of Tom Waits “How’s It Gonna End” and “Yesterday Is Here.” After a year of personal and vocal challenges, loss, and reinvention, she is putting the finishing touches on a new album and hitting the road with renewed energy and focus. “I feel very grateful and humbled by that experience and everything that I get to do.
