Formal Notice of the Vancouver Folk Music Festival Society’s 2025 Annual General Meeting

If you receive this message via our newsletter, you are considered a Member In Good Standing and are eligible to vote.

Dear Society Member,
This is your formal notice that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Vancouver Folk Music Festival Society is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. We hope to see you there. Use this link no later than February 19, 2025 if you would like to RSVP to attend the meeting. More information may be sent before the meeting to people who have sent an RSVP.

When: Wednesday, February 26, 2025
Registration: 6:00pm 
Meeting: 7:00 – 9:00pm
Location: Via Zoom Conferencing (we’ll send you the link after we receive your RSVP)

Be Prepared for the AGM

• Registration will begin at 6:00pm and the meeting will begin at 7:00pm
• Voting will be done using an electronic system to tally votes and will become part of the official record 
• Each voting member must be logged in on an individual device so that their vote will be counted separately from other voting members in their household

Note: Only members are allowed to vote during the meeting.  2025 members are those who donated $35 or more, received by the VFMF Society in the fiscal year 2024 ending August 31st, or the portion of the fiscal year 2025 ending December 26, 2024.
