Support the Festival Today!

It doesn't take much individually, and if many of you decide to make a small monthly donation or take out an annual membership it will make a huge impact on us.

For more information on giving to the Festival please visit our donation page or make a donation directly through Canada Helps.

Performance Schedule

Downloadable PDF

The complete performance schedule for 2008 is now available! This file can be viewed on your computer or printed, and includes a map of the Festival stages.

Click here to download it as a PDF file.

NEW! E-Schedule

This year, you can keep the Festival schedule as close as your iPhone, BlackBerry or other handheld device! Read on for help on using this exciting new information source.

Click here to view the online calendar!

You can view our full online schedule by clicking the link above. It will open in a new window. You can view complete schedule information for all artists here (use the links at the top of the page to navigate to different days).

Subscribe or download

At the upper-right of the calendar page, you’ll see a small box which includes links labeled “Subscribe” and “Download”. If you use iCal, Outlook, and certain other compatible calendars, clicking this link will import the entire Festival schedule to the calendar on your own device. Syncing it with portable/handheld devices should transfer to same information to that device.

If any changes are made to the schedule in the coming week, these changes will appear at your end the next time you launch your calendar.

Download only

You can also simply download a file containing the entire schedule, and import that into your calendar. If you import the schedule this way (unlike subscribing), your own calendar will not update to reflect any changes. But this method may be more compatible with a wider variety of calendar programs and handheld devices.

Depending on your computer’s configuration, the whole process may happen automatically, you may have to double-click the file or import it via your calendar application.

Conclusion

This is still an experimental project so we can’t promise it will work perfectly – however, early reports from iCal users are that the process went very smoothly. We welcome your comments or suggestions – feel free to send them to us!
