Join us in sending a great big way-to-go shout-out to some talented 2013 festival artists who have been nominated for 2013 Western Canadian Music Awards!
The WCMAs honour the best and the brightest music artists from BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the NWT and Yukon. Competition is fierce, so congrats go out to all the nominees, many of whom are past VFMF performers – and especially to those who will be playing the fest this year. They are:
Hannah Georgas, who has been nominated for both Independent Album of the Year and Pop Recording of the Year.
Pharis and Jason Romero, nominated for Roots Duo/Group Recording of the Year as well as Album Design of the Year.
Delhi 2 Dublin, nominated for World Recording of the Year.
and Del Barber, who has been nominated for Roots Solo Recording of the Year.
