We are now accepting vendor applications for the 35th annual Vancouver Folk Music Festival taking place on the shores of Jericho Beach July 13, 14, and 15 2012.
Each Year the Vancouver Folk Music Festival draws more than 36,000 people over 3 days, providing our vendors an excellent opportunity to increase their exposure while having some Festival fun. Our Food Vendor area is a busy and bustling space within the Festival site providing a variety of multicultural dishes and drinks to Festival goers. Approximately 30 Food Vendors operate in various locations throughout the Festival.
Criteria and Selection:
The Food Vendor area features a diverse selection of food and beverages to compliment our Festival’s dedication of presenting, preserving, and promoting cultural traditions from around the world.
Each year a limited number of new Food Vendors will be accepted into the Festival food vending area; applications will be accepted and juried by Festival staff in one round:
- Completed applications must be submitted no later than March 1, 2012.
All applicants will be notified regarding the status of their application following the application round; successful applicants will be charged in full once accepted to the 2012 Food Vendor area.
Please Note: This year we will be implementing a policy change regarding the issuance of site access pass wristbands for food vendor staff. Additional information can be found HERE.
