We are now accepting vendor applications for the 35th annual Vancouver Folk Music Festival taking place on the shores of Jericho Beach July 13, 14, and 15 2012.
Each year, the Vancouver Folk Music Festival draws more than 36,000 people over 3 days, providing our vendors an excellent opportunity to increase exposure and sell their works. Our Artisan Market, a long standing tradition within the Folk Festival gates, is a prominent and popular fixture among festival goers – thanks to the village of artists that come together to sell their unique wares to our diverse audience.
Criteria and Selection:
The Artisan Market features artists and artisans who create their own handcrafted items; vendors that do not fill this requirement may be wait-listed, however, we encourage those vendors to apply for space in the Folk Bazaar to better the chance of securing a vending space at the 2012 Festival.
Applications for the 2012 Festival will be accepted and juried by Festival staff in two rounds:
All applicants will be notified regarding the status of their application following each application round; successful applicants will be charged in full once accepted to the 2012 Artisan Market.
